After you buy an XPASS pass, you will look for a username and password. They are not in the email. They are in one place only: the My Pass page, after you sign in. This guide shows how to get there, how to copy the details without mistakes and what to do if something is missing.
There is no XPASS account to register. You pay, and access to your pass is tied to the email address you entered at checkout.
How you reach My Pass
- Choose a pass and pay with Stripe. No account registration is needed.
- When your access is ready, we send an email to the address you entered. The email links to a sign-in page.
- Open the link. It signs you in to My Pass.
The sign-in link is a magic link. It can be used once and it expires. If you click it twice, or wait too long, it will not work, and that is by design. Go to the sign-in page, enter the same email address and request a new link.
If you see the message "We're preparing your VPN. We'll email you when it's ready.", your access is not delivered yet. Wait for the email, then open My Pass.

Why details are not emailed
Email can be forwarded, stored for years and read by anyone who gets into the mailbox. For that reason we do not put the username and password in any email. They appear only inside My Pass after you sign in, which keeps them out of your inbox.
If you ever receive a message that asks you to reply with, or type into a link, your VPN password, treat it as suspicious. XPASS support will not ask for your password. See the guidance on recognizing phishing in the references.
How to read and copy the details
In My Pass, the Easy Setup section walks you through four steps: download the app, get your login details, sign in and connect. In step two:
- Use the Copy button next to the username and the password.
- Use Show password and Hide password if you need to read it. Hide it again when you are done, especially in public.
- Paste the details into the VPN client app. Pasting avoids typing errors and stray spaces.
The app is the official VPN client app. Use the download button in My Pass to get it. Your device guides explain the next steps, for example setting up on iPhone or on Windows.
Keep your details private
- Do not post them, send them in chat or include them in a screenshot.
- Do not reuse the password for other services. If you ever need help, tell support what you see on screen but never include the password.
- Sign out of My Pass on shared or public computers.

If your details are missing or do not work
- Nothing shows yet. Your pass may still be preparing. Check the order page and your email, including spam.
- The page says details are unavailable. Login details are shown while your pass is active. Check the expiry time in My Pass. If the pass has ended, you can renew it and keep the same login.
- The app rejects them. Paste again from My Pass and follow the checks in VPN not connecting.
- Still stuck. Write to xpassvpn@gmail.com with your checkout email and order details. Do not include your password.
Summary
Your username and password live in My Pass and nowhere else. Open the sign-in link from your email, use the copy buttons, and keep the details private. For more help, visit the help center.
Frequently asked questions
Why did I not receive my username and password by email?
For security, login details are never sent by email. The email we send says your pass is ready and contains a sign-in link. Your details are shown only inside My Pass.
My sign-in link does not work. What now?
Sign-in links are single-use and expire. Request a new link from the sign-in page using the same email address you used at checkout.
Do I need to create an account?

Can I see my login details again later?
Yes, while your pass is active. Sign in to My Pass again and open the login details.
Need a VPN for a short trip or a busy month?
