Before you start

  1. Have an active pass

    Your pass must be delivered and have days remaining.

  2. Open My Pass

    My Pass shows the app name and your login details. They are never sent by email.

  3. Use a stable connection

    Home Wi-Fi is ideal for downloading the app and signing in.

  • iPhone / iPad

    Key steps

    1. Open My Pass and note the app and login details.
    2. Install the app named on My Pass from the App Store.
    3. Open the app and sign in with your details.
    4. Choose Allow when iOS asks to add VPN configurations.
    5. Tap connect and look for the VPN indicator at the top.

  • Android

    Key steps

    1. Open My Pass and note the app and login details.
    2. Install the app named on My Pass from your app store.
    3. Open the app and sign in with your details.
    4. Choose OK or Allow on the VPN connection request.
    5. Tap connect and look for the key or VPN symbol in the status bar.

  • Windows

    Key steps

    1. Open My Pass and note the app and login details.
    2. Install the app from the source named on My Pass.
    3. Open the app and sign in with your details.
    4. Confirm the Windows permission prompt if it appears.
    5. Press connect and wait for the connected status.
