General
What is XPASS?
XPASS is a shop where you buy prepaid VPN passes. You pay once for a set number of days and use the VPN account we create for you during that time.
How do prepaid passes work?
You choose a pass, pay for it once, and we create your VPN account. The pass is valid for the number of days you bought, and then it simply ends.
When does my pass start?
Your pass starts when your VPN account is created after payment is confirmed. It does not wait until your first connection.
How do I contact support?

Is using a VPN legal?
VPN use is legal in many places, but laws vary. You are responsible for following your local law and our acceptable use policy.
Pricing
What currency are prices shown in?
Prices on the site are shown in USD. Your card issuer may convert the amount to your local currency, and any exchange rate they apply is outside our control.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
You pay by card through Stripe hosted checkout. XPASS never sees your full card number.
Delivery
How fast will I receive my pass?
Delivery is usually within minutes, and the order page shows the current status. If it takes longer than expected, please contact support.
Where do I find my VPN login details?
Sign in with the emailed sign-in link and open the My Pass page, where your details are shown. For security reasons, VPN passwords are not sent by email.
Renewal
Will I be charged again automatically?
No. XPASS has no automatic renewal. You pay once, and you are never charged again unless you choose to buy another pass.
Can I renew before my pass expires?
Yes. New days are added on top of your remaining days, so nothing is lost.
What happens when my pass expires?
Your access stops and nothing is charged. To continue, buy a new pass or renew.
Account
How do I sign in to my account?
Enter your email and we send you a sign-in link (magic link). There is no password to remember.
Can I share my pass with others?
No. A pass is for your personal use under our acceptable use policy.

Which devices can I use?
Our help centre has setup guides for Android, iPhone, Windows and macOS. The connection methods available for your account are listed on My Pass.
Privacy
Does a VPN make me anonymous?
No. A VPN hides your IP address from the sites you visit and encrypts traffic between your device and the VPN server, but it does not make you anonymous.
Does a VPN protect me from phishing or malware?
No. A VPN does not block phishing sites or malware, so keep using up-to-date security software and be careful with links and downloads.
What data do you collect or log?
Please read our privacy policy for what data is collected, how it is used and how long it is kept.
Is a VPN useful on public Wi-Fi?
Yes. On untrusted networks such as public Wi-Fi, a VPN helps protect your traffic by encrypting it between your device and the VPN server.
