This draft sets out the terms for buying and using an XPASS VPN prepaid pass.
1. The service
XPASS VPN sells prepaid passes that give you access to a VPN account. The VPN service is provided through a third-party VPN network provider. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, particular speeds, or access to any specific website or service.
2. Passes and payment
Passes last 7, 30 or 90 days. You pay once, in USD, through Stripe Hosted Checkout. There is no automatic renewal and we never charge you again unless you buy another pass.
3. Validity and renewal
A pass is valid from the moment your VPN account is delivered (created) until the purchased number of days has passed. To renew, buy another pass manually; the new days are added to the time you have left.
4. Delivery and your account
Your VPN login details are shown on the My Pass page and are not sent by email. Keep them private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or end a pass that breaks it.
6. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. If a payment is refunded or disputed, access to the pass is disabled.
7. Liability

8. Governing law and company

9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
